We believe that with strong guidance, collaboration, and the right mindset, anything is possible. Our team operates like a family, and that shows in the way we care for our customers. While awards are meaningful benchmarks of success, we place the greatest value on honesty, integrity, and doing right by the people we serve. Every day brings new opportunities to help someone feel more confident and protected, and that’s what drives us.

My mission has always been to develop a fun and flexible work environment which will help my team achieve their goals for a desired quality of life through strong mentoring and coaching. We strive to be "Task" not "Time" oriented. We strive to be involved in the organizations we feel provide a value to our community.

We are motivated by: A. Sharing our indiviual gifts B. Making an impact on the lives of others C. Laughing and loving life

I feel my team is truly special! Insurance is a major part of everyone's budget. It's important to us that you understand how to leverage your money by using our insurance products correctly when the unexpected happens. "Helping Life Go Right" Honesty, kindness, understanding, and patience are their core beliefs.

Kelly is my Office Manager. She has been with me for over 25 years. Always positive and fun loving. Everyone she interacts with, likes her and appreciates her knowledge of the insurance industry. She is a real people person and loves to develop relationships with my policyholders.

Mary Kay is my "Paper Monster". My agency would come to a grinding halt without her great attention to detail, and detail is what makes the "World Go Round" in the insurance industry. She has been with me for 15years. I am always impressed with work ethic. If I need it, it gets done, quickly, accurately, and on time. She's fantastic!!

I've trained all of my team to understand our motto "Like a Good Neighbor", and what that means in our everyday interactions with our policyholders.
